# Game Concept: How to Play Billions Quest?

**Build the largest business empire** by strategically managing cash flow, acquiring properties, leveraging debt, and executing tactical moves against rivals. The player with the highest **net worth** at the end of each quest wins.

### 🚀 **Getting Started** <a href="#undefined" id="undefined"></a>

### **1. Initial Setup**

* Start each quest with **$30,000** in cash and a few tactical action cards pre-loaded to your profile&#x20;
* Select your **avatar** and enter your business empire name
* Download the game on Android, complete your profile, and you're ready to spin

### **2. The Game Board**

Navigate through **dynamic market sectors**:

* **Districts**: The game features districts representing real-world industries: Technology, Food & Beverages, Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Mobility & Transportation, and Cryptocurrency. \
  The full vision for Billions City spans 11 districts, with more coming as the game grows

### **Asset Acquisition**

* Other players pay rent when they land on an asset owned by you
* The rent is 10% of the market value of the asset
* The market value of the assets moves up or down with the asset's real-life stock price movement

### **Financial Management**

* **Debt Leverage**: Borrow up to 50% your Asset's Market Value for bigger acquisitions or Upgrades
* **Interest Payments**: Auto-calculated and deducted daily at 10% p.a.
* **Cash Flow Management:** Take smart decisions of topping up a loan, repaying it or using the extra cash to optimize rental yield

### **Tactical Action Cards**

Draw and play strategic moves:

* **Hostile Takeover**: Forcefully acquire your rival's assets
* **Asset Upgrade:** Upgrade your own asset to a Unicorn, Decacorn or Hectacorn status and multiply the potential Rental Yield!

* **Rent Shield:** Protect against overpaying rent to your opponent by protecting yourself for limited turns while entering expensive districts

* **District Teleportation:** Teleport to another district and dodge opponent landmines
* **Other Tactical Actions:** Liquidity Boost, Rent Multipliers&#x20;

### 🎮 **Asynchronous Multiplayer Gameplay** <a href="#undefined" id="undefined"></a>

**Spin the wheel** - The spin determines your movement on the board while you navigate different circuits. You can always boost your circuit completion using Spin Boosters

* Auto-collect rent when other users land on your asset

* **Bank Leverage**: Access loans to upgrade your assets or make hostile takeovers
* **Angel Investor Bailout:** Ensure you are protected from Bankruptcy by having a fallback option from Angel Investors

### 🎯 **Quest Objectives: Maximise your Networth** <a href="#undefined" id="undefined"></a>

The player with the highest **Net Worth** (Value of total assets, including cash minus debt) is the winner of the weekly quest.&#x20;

A new quest starts every week with a complete reset of cash and assets, although players retain any unused tactical action cards

### 🏅 **Progression & Rewards** <a href="#undefined" id="undefined"></a>

* **Weekly Rewards:** Top Quest performers earn **Diamonds,** the in-game premium currency used for boosters, upgrades, and exclusive perks&#x20;
* **Lifetime Networth:** The total networth acquired in Billions Quest determines your tier, and every tier progression unlocks mystery benefits and tactical action cards
* **District Quiz:** Each district features an **AI-powered quiz zone** with five knowledge levels: **Novice → Apprentice → Expert → Master → Legend**.&#x20;
  * Answer 10 questions per level about the industry and real-world companies in that district. Pass to earn Diamonds and unlock the next tier. Questions are constantly refreshed, and every new Quest brings a fresh challenge
